It is Mountbatten's smallest shop, so furniture is better offered to its Newport warehouse, which can arrange collection. Fabric pieces need their fire safety label.
The bungalow has a full loft and garage. Is that extra?
It is part of the same job but changes its size, so mention both when you ask for a quote. A photo of each is quickest.
Do we need to come over from the mainland?
Not for the clearance. Once you have what you want and have marked what stays, we collect the keys, clear and lock up.
Is the council's collection worth trying?
For a handful of things, yes. The council's Wednesday round reaches Bembridge at £62 for up to four items (October 2026), but the crew only lifts from the kerb or front garden.
