What we clear
Clear-outs for homes, gardens and businesses
Most jobs are a mix: a garage that's half garden waste, a house clearance with a loft nobody has opened in years. Pick the closest match, or just describe it in the quote form.
How it works
Four steps, and you only do the first one. Most of the time it starts with a few taps in the quote form and a photo taken on your phone.
- 1

- 2

We confirm the price and agree a day and time that suits you before anything is booked.
- 3
We load and clear
We carry everything out from wherever it is, then sweep up the area we cleared.

Sorted responsibly
Usable items go for reuse, recycling is separated, and the rest goes to licensed facilities.
Where we work
The whole Island, from a base in the middle of it
Newport sits at the centre of the Isle of Wight, so nowhere is far. Ryde is about 20 minutes away by road, Ventnor about 25 and Freshwater about 25.
Each town brings its own planning: the Floating Bridge between Cowes and East Cowes, Ventnor's steep streets, and the summer traffic around Sandown and Shanklin seafronts. Tell us about your road and we'll plan the job around it.
Why book with us
Your waste, handled properly from your door onwards
Householders have a legal duty of care for their waste: if it ends up fly-tipped, you can be fined as well as the person who dumped it. That is why it matters who takes it away.
A clear price first
Free, no-obligation quotes. You know the price before we book anything in.
Licensed and insured
A licensed waste carrier, fully insured, so your waste is handled legally from your door onwards.
Reuse before the tip
Usable furniture and goods are set aside for reuse or donation, and recycling is separated out.

Council Bulky Waste Collection on the Isle of Wight
How the council's £62 bulky waste collection works: what counts as an item, what's refused, collection days by area, and when private clearance fits.
Which parts of the Isle of Wight do you cover?
All of it. We are based on Scarrots Lane in Newport and work across the Island: Ryde, Cowes, East Cowes, Wootton, Sandown, Shanklin, Ventnor, Bembridge, Freshwater, Yarmouth and the villages in between.
How is the price worked out?
On how much there is, how heavy it is, how easy it is to carry out to the van, and whether anything needs its own disposal route, such as fridges, mattresses or paint. You get the price before anything is booked.
Do I need to be there on the day?
Not always. If we can get in and it's clear what is going, we can work without you there. The quote form asks how we'll get access, whether that's you, a neighbour, collected keys or a key safe.
Is there anything you can't take?
Some waste needs specialist handling, asbestos in particular, and some chemicals and gas bottles. Mention anything like that when you ask for a quote and we will tell you straight away what we can and cannot do.
What happens to everything you take away?
Usable furniture and household goods are set aside for reuse or donation, recyclable materials are separated, and what is left goes to licensed waste facilities. Nothing is dumped.
Should I hire a skip instead?
Sometimes a skip is the better choice, for example a renovation where you'll fill it yourself over several weeks and have room on the drive. For a one-off clear-out where you'd rather not do the lifting, or on a street where a skip would need a permit, a collection is usually simpler.
Tell us what needs to go
A few quick questions and a photo or two is usually all it takes to give you a firm price. Or pick up the phone and talk to us.
