We are over from Lymington for a day. Can you clear while we're here?
If the house is small enough to clear in your time, yes; send your sailing times with the quote request. Otherwise take what you want and we clear after you've gone.
Is there a charity shop in Yarmouth?
Not one we know of that takes donations. The nearest are in Freshwater, including Mountbatten on Avenue Road, which takes small furniture.
Does the time of year matter?
The ferry port and harbour are busier in summer, which can make parking and loading harder. If your dates are flexible, we can suggest a quieter day.
Can you clear a listed house?
Yes. Tell us it is listed when you book, and mention anything fragile such as old banisters, panelling or narrow cottage stairs, so we plan the route out around them.
Where does the waste go?
Licensed facilities, not your household allowance. If you're clearing anything yourself first, Afton Marsh is about 2.7 miles away but opens Saturday to Monday only and refuses asbestos, plasterboard, rubble and tyres.
