Who we help
Gardens we get called to
Before a sale or let
Agents want a garden that looks like a garden in the photos. Often the last job before marketing.
A relative's garden
A garden left for a year or two can be a bigger job than the house. We can clear both.
Second homes and lets
Back from the mainland to a garden that has gone wild? We can clear it while you're away.
The shed has had its day
Empty it, or take the whole thing down, in the same visit as the garden.

What we can't take
- Asbestos sheeting
- Gas bottles
- Weedkillers and garden chemicals
- Japanese knotweed
Knotweed needs specialist disposal, and large trees need a qualified arborist. Want to compost your own? See our composting guide.

FAQ
Garden clearance questions
Short answers. If yours is not here, call or send it with your quote.
Do I need to bag the green waste first?
No. Leave it in a pile and we'll load it. If you've already bagged some, that's fine too.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can get into the garden and it's clear what is going. Leave the side gate open or arrange access with a neighbour.
Can you take soil and rubble from a garden project?
Yes. Soil, turf, slabs and hardcore are heavy, so they're priced accordingly. Tell us roughly how much there is when you ask for a quote.
Will you cut the hedge or just take the cuttings away?
We cut back overgrowth and brambles as part of a clearance. Regular hedge trimming and large tree work are jobs for a gardener or tree surgeon.
Can I just use my brown bin over a few weeks?
For a small amount, yes. The council's brown bin is emptied fortnightly and takes green waste only, with no logs, soil or rubble, so a big backlog can take months.
What happens to the green waste?
It goes for composting at licensed facilities rather than landfill. Timber, metal and plastic are separated for recycling, and anything usable goes for reuse.
