What you get
A real answer, then a clear property
We won't promise a time we can't keep. How soon we can come depends on the week's bookings and where you are.
Your deadline first
Tell us the date that matters. If we can't make it, we say so, so you can make other plans.
Priced from photos
A few photos by text or email. No waiting for a visit.
No need to be there
Key, key safe or a neighbour. Handy if you're on the mainland.
Anything household
Furniture, wet carpets, bags, appliances, storm debris, DIY waste.
Priced like any other job
On what's there and how easy it is to get out.
Cleared to bare floors
So the cleaners, buyers or next guests can go straight in.
Common deadlines
Deadlines we get called about
A sale about to complete
The buyer expects an empty house: loft, garage and shed included.
End of tenancy or changeover
A flat full of a tenant's things, or a let that has to be ready for the next guests.
Flood, leak or storm
Soaked carpets and swollen furniture. Photograph everything for your insurer first.
Bags the bin men left
Extra bags beside the bin aren't collected. A one-off collection clears them legally.

An urgent job is priced the same way as any other: on what is actually there.

FAQ
Emergency waste removal questions
Short answers. If yours is not here, call or send it with your quote.
Can you come today?
Sometimes, but we won't promise it before we know what's booked. Ring 01983 214838 and we'll tell you on the spot whether we can come today, tomorrow or later in the week.
Is an emergency collection more expensive?
We price on the job itself: how much there is, what it is and how easy it is to get out. You'll know the price before anything is booked.
Do I need to be there?
No. If we can get in with a key, a key safe or a neighbour, and the price is agreed, we can clear the property while you're away.
Should I throw away flood-damaged things before my insurer sees them?
Check with your insurer first. Most want photos and a list, and some want to inspect. Once they're happy, we can clear it.
Can you take the extra bags the council left by my bin?
Yes. The council doesn't collect excess general waste, so a one-off collection is the legal way to clear a backlog.
Why not use the cheapest van I can find?
If a collector dumps your waste, the council can fine you up to £600 for failing in your duty of care. Check any carrier on the Environment Agency register first; we're licensed.
