Taken apart on site
Bench desks and big cupboards dismantled to fit through doors and stairwells.
IT for WEEE recycling

What you sort before we arrive
- Unshredded confidential paper
- Drives needing certified destruction
- Fluorescent tubes
- Toner and chemicals in bulk
- Asbestos ceiling tiles or panels
We're a waste carrier, not a data destruction or shredding service. Wipe or remove drives and shred confidential paper first, then we take the rest. More in our e-waste guide.

FAQ
Office clearance questions
Short answers. If yours is not here, call or send it with your quote.
Can you clear the office outside working hours?
Often, yes. Early starts and weekends are common for office work. Tell us your hours and any building restrictions and we'll agree a time before booking.
Do you shred confidential documents?
No. Shred anything confidential first, or use a confidential shredding firm. Once paper is shredded and bagged, we take it with the rest of the load.
What happens to old computers and monitors?
They're kept apart from general waste and go for WEEE recycling. Remove or wipe the drives first. If you need certified data destruction, use a specialist for the drives and we'll take the rest.
Do you dismantle desks and cupboards?
Yes. Bench desks, cupboards and partition screens are taken apart on site when they won't fit through a door or down a stairwell.
Will I get a waste transfer note?
Yes. Every commercial clearance comes with one, describing the waste and who took it. Keep it with your business records for at least two years.
Can you take the office kitchen and partitions out too?
Usually, as a separate strip-out job. Tell us what's fixed to the building. Anything needing an electrician or plumber to disconnect must be disconnected before we start.
What should we do before clearance day?
Empty every drawer and cabinet, find the keys for locked ones, label anything staying, and tell us which electricals belong to your landlord or IT provider.
